Network FAQs
- What is the cost of joining the network?
- There is no cost upfront, only a referral fee on closed business.
- What is the referral fee?
- The fee is 30% of the gross commission paid at closing. If the deal is a listing with the purpose of purchasing in the same area, then it is 25% per transaction.
- Can we refer the customer to a local lender?
- ABSOLUTELY NOT!
- We can provide our network agents business because of our existing lender partners. These loan officers work diligently to earn this business just like our real estate agents. We expect mutual respect & professionalism between all parties.
- How can I refer another real estate agent to the network?
- Email your request to realtorupdates@homecaptain.com. Please include a brief history of experience as a real estate agent, including # years licensed.
